In collaboration with specialist Japanese retailer H°M’S” WatchStore, AÃRK presents the ‘A to J’ Tote: a wearable design of a different form, created to compliment their familial timepiece offering.

Providing the canvas space for a double-sided print design, is a unisex bag with a classic tote construction, made from 100% cotton.

On one side, diacritical marks present in the logo of each watch-enthusiast brand are merged to celebrate the partnership of two time-obsessed teams. On the other side, a graphic interplay juxtaposes the distance of Australia to Japan by comparing their close connection in time (UTC +1-2 hours).

The end result is a statement piece with practical purpose, created in two Japanese-themed colour schemes, which fuses brand symbolism rife with meaning into something deceptively abstract.
